What’s your motivation for staying in shape?
My motivation for staying in shape is to challenge myself through my workouts. It’s always fun to try and do something new. But, of course, the most underlying reason is to look good.

If you weren’t a personal trainer, what would you be doing professionally?
I enjoy wildlife, so I think it would be great to be a Conservation Officer.

What’s your favorite cheat meal?
My favorite cheat meal would have to be BBQ chicken with french fries.
