What did you want to be when you were a little girl?
I have always wanted to become a personal trainer and change people’s lives for the better. All I wanted for my 12th birthday was a gym membership. I was overweight and wanted nothing more than to get healthy. When I was 15, I had a personal trainer that inspired me. He started me on the path to become healthy and fit, and I haven’t looked back since.
When you’re not at the gym, where can we find you?
In the summer, I am outside every chance I get. I love pretty much every type of outdoor activity. Besides that, I am usually always at the gym.
What’s your secret to staying disciplined with your personal exercise/nutrition program?
I have turned staying healthy and fit into a lifestyle. I simply can’t imagine being any other way. My health has to come first because it allows me to be the best I can be, in every aspect of life. I keep pushing myself to see what I am capable of. I constantly see improvements in myself and this is what drives me to keep going. There are no limits. =]
