What are your favorite exercises?
My favorite exercises include lunges, push-ups, planks and body weight squats. When done correctly, they are very effective and incorporate many muscle groups at once. I also enjoy the variations and different styles that each of these can have.

Best piece of fitness advice:
Quality over quantity! It’s not about how much weight you can lift, or how many reps you can do, if you aren’t doing it right it defeats the purpose and can lead to injury. Focus on form and function rather than the numbers.

How do you get off the couch and to the gym when you’re feeling lazy and unmotivated?
Fitness has just become part of my life and my lifestyle. While proper rest is important and appreciated, being lazy serves no purpose. Life is too short to be lazy and unmotivated.
