When you’re not in the gym, where can we find you?
If I’m not in the gym I’m usually spending time with my beautiful 7 year old daughter, continuing my education by pursuing my second PT certification, or you might find me volunteering my time to my hometown high school football team.
What was the last movie you saw?
The last movie I saw was Epic. I usually give in to daddy’s girl so you’ll see me at all the kids movies. Good excuse right!?
Best piece of fitness advice for someone just getting started…
For someone beginning the fitness lifestyle I would tell them a few things. You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great. Embrace the struggle because it won’t last forever. This last one is my favorite. Pain is weakness leaving the body!
If you could only use one piece of fitness equipment, what would you use? Why?
If I could use only one piece of equipment it would be me because our my minds and bodies are the best gifts we have and the exercises you can engineer are limitless.
Do you have any pets? If so, details…
I have two pets and they’re dogs. I have a German Shepard named Lexi – she’s the protector, and I have a tea cup chihuahua named Coco. He’ll shred your shoe laces so watch out!
If you could have dinner with 3 famous people (dead or alive), who would you dine with?
If I could have dinner with 3 people I would start with Arnold Schwarzenegger for the obvious reasons but especially because he’s the one responsible for starting the fitness trend, Bo Jackson because he’s hands down the greatest athlete of all time, and last but not least Christopher Columbus…need I say more?
