What are your favorite exercises?
Push Ups, Pull Ups, Sit Ups, Squats, & Lunges Why?? Because they work! I love working with people that feel like they cannot do a single push up. I work with them and a few weeks later, they can! They are so proud of themselves which is a great motivator!

Best piece of fitness advice:
I am always preaching the basics: Calories in– calories out! Do everything in moderation, and make lifestyle changes slowly, so you can live with them for the rest of your life.

How do you get off the couch and to the gym when you’re feeling lazy and unmotivated?
This is a funny one because very rarely am I sitting on the couch
“unmotivated”. I have the opposite schedule– I am a busy working Mom so I’m always trying to find time to squeeze in a workout, and I do! I have to remember that its time for me & I derserve it!
