What is your favorite physical activity
outside the club?
Playing with my little boy outside. I like chasing him around and running with him in my jogger stroller.
How do you stay motivated to get the most out of your workouts?
It’s all about your mindset. I think of it as “me time”, and it is a good stress reliever. Putting on good music helps me push myself harder. I like the feeling I get and like to keep healthy and fit.
What is your favorite cheat meal?
My favorite cheat meal is a Big Mac from McDonald’s with an XL fry and an XL coke!
